Welcome to OOG, a digital platform designed specifically for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). By using OOG (the app or website), you agree to these Terms of Service.
You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the app in any way that violates any federal, state, or local law regulation or professional rule applicable to you and your use of the app, including, without limitation, those relating to patient privacy, medical care, and treatment including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and physician self-referrals (the Stark law).
Additionally, you may not use the app in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair any component of the app or engage in any other conduct that inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the app or which, as determined by us, may harm OOG or users of the app.
The OOG platform is exclusively available to HCPs with an official National Provider Identifier (NPI) number. Users must accurately select their NPI entry upon registration. You must agree not to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity. Additionally, you are responsible for the security of your account.

Users can create and publish video content, which should avoid including false information, respecting copyright, and maintaining patient confidentiality. OOG reserves the right to remove any content that violates our terms.
By creating and publishing content in our app, users grant OOG a license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content within the platform.
Users may not re-use or re-publish any content made available through the app, including, without limitation, content posted by other OOG users, without the express written permission of OOG or such user, as applicable. Users may not reproduce or redistribute content provided through the app, including through third parties, without OOG’s consent.
All users must adhere to a high standard of professionalism, respecting others and refraining from any form of harassment. Any behavior contrary to this can lead to account suspension or termination.
Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other OOG users. OOG reserves the right but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users and respond as necessary to enforce these Terms.
5a. Reflections (Comments)
Users can leave Reflections on content. These should be constructive, respectful, and free from harassment or commercial intent. OOG reserves the right to remove any Reflection that violates our terms. Users who leave Reflections in compliance with our guidelines may be eligible for Continuing Education (CE) credit.
5b. Messaging and Sharing
Users can message other users and share content. All communication should be professional, respectful, and free from spam or any form of harassment. Sharing content outside the platform without proper attribution or consent is prohibited.
Users will have a profile displaying their professional and educational experiences. Users should ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Users should not share profile information that is confidential, that they do not want others to see or use, or that is subject to third-party rights.
OOG reserves the right to modify or terminate services at any time. Notice will be provided where feasible. Users can deactivate or delete their account by contacting an OOG team member at feedback@oog.health.
OOG is provided "as is”. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the absolute accuracy of all content. In no event will OOG be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using our services.

These terms are covered by the state of California.
